St John's Ward - Tracy Moore

Tracy has a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from Georgetown University, Washington DC, 1997.

Tracy married and gave up paid work when she had the first of three children. The family has lived in Tunbridge Wells for nearly four years and is very committed to the town. They genuinely believe that they are establishing their roots here and it is where they will stay as their young children grow. Tracy has been impressed with the sense of community in the St. Johns area, and Tunbridge Wells as a whole.

Tracy relocated to the UK from America ten years ago and spent six years working in the City in investment banking and fund management, where she met her husband. She gained British citizenship fifteen months ago, after the birth of their third child.

Although she has long held an interest in politics, it is while living in Tunbridge Wells that her desire to get involved in local government began to flourish. Tracy is passionate about the unrealised potential that Tunbridge Wells holds, and is eager to be involved in town planning and development.

Tracy says "I feel I have a vested interest in how we grow, as this is the home for my family for decades to come. I am keenly aware that I am representative of many families and their concerns in my neighbourhood, be it issues of litter, crime, school choice or high-density new home building."
